68 Nonya Kueh has XL ondeh ondeh in Toa Payoh Interchange

We know Toa Payoh is chock full of food gems, but here’s another one for the bank if you love sweets: 68 Nonya Kueh, an old-school kueh stall in Toa Payoh Bus Interchange.

The stall recently garnered some serious buzz online for their huge ondeh-ondeh, described as “80% coconut & gula melaka filling and 20% skin” by a fan online. Cross-sections show that the reviewer wasn’t joking around—you really get that much filling.

Naturally, these aren’t the gooiest because of their size, but the filling is far from dry either. These are priced at $3.

Regular-sized ondeh-ondeh balls are also available, priced at $2 for five.

Aside from ondeh-ondeh, the stall sells a decent selection of sweet and savoury kueh, averaging $2. Their ongol ubi ($2) is a popular pick, with pandan-infused tapioca cakes rolled in salted grated coconut.

Their ang ku kueh, priced at $4 for five pieces, is another hit. Don’t expect frills and flavoured varieties here—you get the traditional salty mung bean filling clad in a thin, mochi-like red kueh skin.

Other kueh options include bingka ambon, pulut inti, kueh salat, kueh lapis, kueh dadar and more.

If nyonya kueh isn’t your jam, 68 Nonya Kueh also has tau sar piah, sesame candies, and nasi lemak with otah as an add-on, though there are limited portions available daily.
