Niu Dian is now open in Bugis Junction
Niu Dian Beef Noodles, the famous Taiwanese beef noodle eatery, is on a roll! Following the successful openings of their first official outlet in mid-February, and their second Holland Village outlet in late May, they are back with more exciting news: their third outlet is now open in Bugis Junction! What’s more, don’t miss the chance to be part of their grand opening, hosted by Taiwanese singer Show Luo, on 6 October 2023 at 4pm.

In case you didn’t know, Niu Dian is a three-time consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee and they are well-loved for having the best beef noodles in Taiwan. If that doesn’t appeal to you, they even have Show Luo, AKA 罗志祥 (Luó Zhì Xiáng), a famous Taiwanese singer as their brand ambassador.
Besides their beloved beef noodles, Niu Dian is back with new additions to their menu━the Braised Pork Belly Rice Bowl, Braised Pork Belly Noodles, and Yakiniku Pork Pearl Rice Bowl.

You can’t miss out on the perennial classic lu rou fan, their Braised Pork Belly Rice Bowl ($16.90++). This dish stars thick, succulent slices of braised pork belly paired with a whole egg. It’s served atop a bed of fragrant Taiwanese pearl rice and dressed with house-made braised sauce.
