Renowned Parisian deli Nonette is having a pop-up at Rasa Space in Republic Plaza from now to 4 October 2025! Founded in 2021 by Singaporean entrepreneur Pearlyn Lee, Nonette has gained fame in Paris for its Asian-inspired French doughnuts and cult-favorite banh mi offerings.

Nonette had a one-weekend-only collaboration with Tiong Bahru Bakery back in 2022, where they sold their 100th banh mi in just one hour. This time, they are back for three whole months, serving up a rotation of sandwiches and desserts.

At the pop-up, try their signature Jambon Beurre Banh Mi ($12++), which is stuffed with premium charcuterie ham, pork floss, pickled vegetables, and a generous slather of homemade pate.

Those looking for a more innovative sandwich can try the Fried Chicken Banh Mi ($12++), which features chunks of juicy, crispy chicken with Southeast Asian spices, and a spicy, tangy sriracha mayo.

The deli’s famous French doughnuts with Asian twists are also offered with a rotating menu. These include creations such as the Kaya Donut ($4++), which sells out daily in Paris, and Chilli Oil Chantilly Donut ($4++).

For a sweet treat, bite-sized French patisseries such as the Black Sesame Eclair ($4++), Chocolate Tart ($5++), and the unique Tau Suan Eclair ($4++) are also offered.

If you would like to try a bit of everything, grab the Apero Box ($19++), which is value-packed with one banh mi, one donut, and two eclairs. Apero, short for aperitif, refers to the French tradition of a pre-dinner social gathering with light snacks and drinks.

The pop-up is located in the lively Rasa Space, a bar-cum-nightclub with energetic music and vibes. As such, Nonette also brings its mini-cocktail creation, Singapore Sling Baba ($5), a fusion of the French rum baba with the iconic Singapore Sling.
