Tonshou is opening at Suntec City in September 2025

Since the opening of its first Singapore outpost in Tanjong Pagar in late 2024, Tonshou’s Korea-famous pork cutlets have drawn plenty of attention. Come September 2025, you can get their tonkatsu at their upcoming Suntec City outlet!
TONSHOU Review: Korea-Famous Pork Cutlet Restaurant Opens In Singapore
If you haven’t heard of Tonshou before, the brand is known for its charcoal-grilled tonkatsu. What sets their pork cutlets apart is a meticulous four-stage cooking process. Each cutlet is first cooked on low, then high heat, before it’s rested and finished off on a charcoal grill for a smoky touch.
Being a favourite at their current outlet, the Hire Katsu Set ($28++) will likely be available at their new location. Expect juicy slices of melt-in-your-mouth pork tenderloin, paired with freshly squeezed lemon juice, Maldon salt, and house–made tonkatsu sauce.
Tonshou is known for their Katsu Sando Set ($21++) too, which sandwiches thick slices of katsu between sweet and fluffy white bread. Here’s hoping it makes the cut at their new outlet!
Their OG outlet also offers a large variety of sides with each set, including chilled corn soup, kimchi, rice, and cabbage salad. There’s even miso soup packed with boiled pork belly, cabbage, onions, and carrots, which we hope will be brought to Suntec.
Tonshou’s upcoming outlet will be on the second floor of Suntec City’s North Wing, a quick five-minute walk from Promenade MRT Station. It’s also within walking distance of Esplanade MRT Station.
