So here’s another deal: Cafe Mosaic, a restaurant atĀ Carlton Hotel, is offering a 1-for-1 deal for the Hong Kong Kitchen Lunch Buffet (U.P. $62++) and Hong Kong Seafood Dinner Buffet (U.P. $128++). This deal is available to adult diners who are DBS/POSB, Citibank, OCBC, or UOB cardmembers.
You’ll find cha chaan teng-esque fare at both these buffets. At the dim sum station, for instance, you’ll find Pork Siew Mai, Har Gow Charcoal Salted Egg Bun, and Glutinous Riceāall the classics in one place.
The buffet prides itself on its Bolo Bun, which is said to be freshly baked, with a crumbly exterior and a pillowy interior. There’s also plenty of praise for its egg tarts, so don’t be afraid to have your fill of these treats!
