If you’re a fan of the affordable chirashi don by Omote, you’ll want to check out Bunny’s, a new eatery by the same team that recently opened in Lentor Modern mall.

With its bright pink look and unabashedly cutesy aesthetic, this place may just be the ultimate girlypop dining experience.

You’ll place your order at the kiosk right at the front of the eatery, where this uncanny cloud-thing stares back at you. From there, select one of the many order tags, designed to resemble a cute, heart-shaped purse. Your food will be served at the table matching your tag.

Bunny’s is known for their Tokyo-style burgers, all of which are immaculately crafted and loaded with ingredients. They’ve also got a range of sides, drinks, and sauces to enjoy.

The staff suggested we start with the Breakup Burger ($21), featuring a double Wagyu smashed patty, chilli bacon jam, and yuzu pickled onions, sandwiched between two buttery brioche buns. There’s also a pile of potato crisps above the patty, giving each juicy, succulent bite a crispy edge.

The Boyfriend Burger ($32) was even better. Featuring the one-two punch of Wagyu patty and Wagyu steak tataki, this burger was gloriously succulent and was elevated by the sweet-sour goodness of the amazu teppan glaze.

bunnys-fish

While the Catfish Burger ($20), with its beer-battered wild marlin fish patty and pink tartare sauce, looked plenty promising, the overly thick batter and dry fish made it somewhat underwhelming. Still, the other two burgers more than made up for it.

As for sides, we found the Skinny Fries ($4) and Nuggets ($5) to be decent options, but it was the Golden Crispy Wings ($6) that we thoroughly enjoyed. This was especially so when we paired them with sauces such as the piquant Habanero Hot Sauce ($2) and creamy Pink Tartar ($2).

bunnys-drinks

As for drinks, Bunny’s offers the likes of Yuzu Lemomade ($5), Matcha ($5), Sparkling Peach ($3) and more. All three of the aforementioned drinks can be paired with a Sea Salt Ice Cream Float ($3) for extra indulgence.

Whether pink is your colour or burgers are your thing, we’d say there’s more than enough reason to check out Bunny’s. Do consider checking it out when you’re in the Lentor or Ang Mo Kio area!
