Its milk tea lotus paste is flecked with chocolate crunch bits, encasing a cherry blossom truffle. In contrast to this delicate creation is Mini ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian Snowskin ($88), which is basically snowskin wrapped around 100% MSW durian pulp━with no preservatives added.

One step up from your usual D24 snowskin mooncakes is the Mao San Wang Durian snowskin, which you can order alongside Grand Hyatt’s signature Champagne, Lychee Martini, Strawberry Tequila, and Black Sesame & Ginger variations. The MSW is only sold as a box of eight ($80), while you can have the others in boxes of four ($45) or eight ($80), where you get one or two of each flavour.
They’ve also got a new Orange Lotus, Double Yolk, Roasted Melon Seeds traditional baked mooncake, which is one in a box of four ($80) under their classic baked signatures. The Chinese fine dining restaurant at InterContinental Singapore presents the Signature Tea Treasures ($98) set, which features tea-infused snow skin mooncakes. This year’s offerings from award-winning Yan Ting at The St. Regis Singapore are headlined by the Pandan Paste with Melon Seeds Traditional Baked Mooncake, and their stalwart Black & White Sesame Paste with Salted Peanut Truffle snowskin mooncake.
The new Pandan Paste baked mooncake comes in sets of four ($85.60), housed like all of Yan Ting’s 2022 mooncakes in a Resplendent Silver-Violet or Gilded Gold Glass box that redefines luxe.
