Konjiki Hototogisu is a Tokyo Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning ramen restaurant located at CHIJMES. Unlike other restaurants in CHIJMES, they do not charge exorbitant prices even though they use quality ingredients. Sometimes you’re so famished that you just want to dig into a huge plate of food, caveman/woman-style. At Suntec City’s Sotpot, you can do just that, because an entire feast is served in an XXL cypress wood steamer. This traditional Korean dish is known as sotbab, which translates to cauldron rice.
