It already feels like there’s a COLLIN’S outlet everywhere you go in Singapore, and yet the Western restaurant chain is showing no signs of slowing down—this year alone, they’ve opened four branches, the newest of which can be found near Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s Bird Paradise.

This outlet sports a striking interior themed after an aviary, which means that you’ll dine with wooden birds hanging above you, and a handcrafted, human-sized bird’s nest structure made with recycled materials located not far from your table.

This outlet has several all-day breakfast items, including the COLLIN’S Breakfast Cheeseburger ($22). This meaty treat is a sizable burger with an impressive stack of a Wagyu beef patty, hams and bacon, sunny-side-up egg, cheddar cheese, caramelised onions, and a side of shoestring fries.

If you’re visiting the restaurant with kids, there’s a good chance they’ll love the Rainbow NoNuggets and Shoestring Fries ($12++). In this dish, fries and plant-based nuggets from The Vegetarian Butcher are covered in chocolate, tatar sauce, rainbow sprinkles, and mini marshmallows.

If you’re looking for a great thirst quencher, the COLLIN’S Pina Colada ($15++) is a good shout. This drink is essentially a blend of pineapples and cream served in a whole pineapple, making it both a refreshing and Insta-worthy drink.
