Enaq has thick and crispy plaster prata in Jurong East

Heads up, prata fans. Here’s one popular prata shop that’s been gaining traction lately: Enaq. Located in Jurong East Street 32, the casual eatery is most known by West-siders for their thick and crispy prata in a variety of flavours.

Regulars flock to Enaq for their Plain Prata, priced at an affordable $1.30 per piece, with a minimum order of two. The prata here is said to be ultra crispy with a thick and puffy exterior, thanks to the shallow frying of each piece.

Pair your prata with their signature sambal chilli, served alongside curry. The sambal dipping sauce is said to be sweet and mildly spicy, complementing the sinful snack.
