Available at Bedrock Bar & Grill during the week of Father’s Day is a 3-Course Set Lunch Special ($98++ per person). Start off the meal with a lightly torched Beet-cured Salmon, before moving on to a juicy Beef Oscar. This 180g USDA tenderloin is loaded with jumbo crab meat and a buttery house-made béarnaise sauce that will definitely win over the hearts of all dads.

End the meal on a sweet note with the Chocolate Pot De Crème. The 75% dark chocolate, chopped almonds, cocoa nibs, and sea salt make for a sweet-salty-crunchy combo that is guaranteed to make Father’s Day this year especially memorable.

Rempapa is MasterChef Singapore judge Damian D’Silva’s newest culinary endeavour. Though originally located at Park Place Residences at PLQ, he will be hosting a pop-up at Shangri-La Singapore over the Father’s Day weekend from 11am to 3pm.
