We’ve heard some good things about their Jiak Ba Braised Meat Rice ($8.80+), AKA lu rou fan. This classic Taiwanese dish sees fluffy pearl rice served with soft braised meat, seasoned cucumber, spicy pickled vegetables, and a hard-boiled egg. While these elements are generally well-prepared, we’ve heard some complaints about the portion size, so you may want to get something else if you have a large appetite.

Another recommended dish here is the Fried Intestine Mee Sua ($7.80+). This treat sees house-made noodles in an umami-rich broth and topped with crispy braised intestine. Shredded chicken, fried shallots, garlic paste, and coriander complete this dish. Should you want mee sua with other toppings, there’s also the Oyster Mee Sua ($7.50+), Ginger Liver Mee Sua ($12.50+) and more.

For something heartier, try the Crispy Jumbo Leg Rice ($9.50+) which, as the name suggests, comes with a sizeable crispy chicken drumstick.

Complete your meal with some of the eatery’s street snacks, including Popcorn Chicken ($6.80), QQ Tenpura ($6.80), Oyster Mushroom Fritters ($6) and more.
