Cin Cin invites you to their Gin Treasury, a free-flow gin buffet that gives you a passport to their vault of over 50 different gins sourced from around the world, and nine different tonics to mix these with. Priced at $68++ per person, you also get unlimited house wines and beers for the price. The buffet is available every Saturday, in two seatings: 3pm to 6pm, and 6:45pm to 9:45pm. Given that a quality gin and tonic will cost you at least $20++ at most bars today, Cin Cin’s liquid buffet is definitely worth every penny, especially since it is set in a hotel. Book a table here.

2. Ume San 100
While this may look like a row of Japanese vending machines, behind of of those is the entrance to Japanese speakeasy Ume San 100, which has a 90-minute liquid buffet from Mondays to Fridays, 5pm to 6:30pm. There are two buffet options here, with Happy Hour Package A ($22++) promising Classi Ume Highball, Shisho Highball, and Yuzushu Highball. The Happy Hour Package B ($25++), on the other hand, adds the Koh-Kun Highball and Black Highball to the previous list.

There are some fun cocktails to try too, including the Dawn Chaotic Scene, which combines tequila, pomelo, lime, and grapefruit soda, as well as Sally’s Wonderland, with elderflower gin, yuzu sake, lemon, and sparkling wine.
