Jjang! Jjang! Burger at McDonald’s
McDonald’s has had much success with their limited-time Japanese burgers over the years, including the hot favourite Samurai Burger or Hokkaido Salmon Burger. This time, they’ve looked to Korea for inspiration, and the result is the all-new Jjang! Jjang! Burger.

From 5 May 2022, enjoy the sweet and spicy flavours of the Jjang! Jjang! Burger at your nearest McDonald’s outlet.
Get the Beef version if you enjoy the meatiness of a classic quarter pounder beef patty, supplemented here with a tangy Korean sauce.
Alternatively, those who prefer a crunchier patty should try the Chicken burger, which features a crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside chicken thigh marinated with a spicy punch.

Regardless of which burger you get, it’ll set you back $7.20 a la carte or $9.20 for a set meal. For an additional $0.35, you can upgrade your drink to the returning Yuzu McFizz, with citrusy notes and a thirst-quenching sizzle that will cool your palate.

If that’s still not spicy enough for you, then you can double the trouble with McDonald’s 2x Value Meal, which features Jjang! Jjang! Burger and reigning spice champion, the McSpicy. At $16.90, you’ll also be getting two small cups of Coke and medium fries.
