We reviewed Orange & Teal when the cafe by Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) leader Chee Soon Juan first opened at Rochester Mall. They recently celebrated their first anniversary with the launch of new menu items, including Wine-Infused Beef Cheeks, Weekend Big Breakfast and more, but even more exciting is the yet-to-be-announced opening of a second location in Marina Square.

Orange & Teal has not officially released any information regarding the upcoming outlet, but eagle-eyed fans spotted the brand’s hoarding up in the mall. We will update this post when we have more details, but keep an eye on their social media pages for more information!

Also rolled out on the menu as part of their first anniversary celebrations is their Greek-style Lamb Shank ($26.80), a fall-off-the-bone protein paired with flavoured Mediterranean-style rice.

The Wine-Infused Beef Cheeks ($25.80) are also said to be pretty great, braised to fork-tender ends in a hearty, red wine sauce.

Otherwise, add Orange & Teal to your weekend brunch list, with their all-new O&T Eggs Benedict ($15.90) and other brunch dishes.

When we last visited Orange & Teal, we tried their Poulet Roti ($14.90), a French-style roast chicken paired with tender roast vegetables and chicken jus.

We also had a Creamy Butter Tuscan Salmon ($21.90), starring linguine in a creamy butter sauce, and nicely cooked salmon—this is still on the menu at Rochester Mall today, and potentially will feature at their Marina Square outlet too.

If you’ve been to the cafe in Rochester Mall, you’ll know that the decor is reminiscent of an old-school library—think padded armchairs, bookshelves stuffed with books, and cosy lighting. It remains to be seen if their Marina Square branch will follow the same theme.
