If you’re a fan of Korean fried chicken, you may have heard of Phat Fingers, a cloud kitchen franchise that up until recently had only one dine-in outlet at Telok Ayer. That changed on 10 March 2023, when Phat Fingers opened its latest eatery in NEWest Mall at Clementi.

Here, you can expect an extensive variety of fried chicken-based eats here, ranging from honey butter chicken to thick burgers.

phat fingers burger

Those with a penchant for super spicy food should try the Nuclear Spicy Xtra Hot Burger ($8.99), a chunky number comprising a crunchy deep-fried chicken thigh, drenched in a mouth-numbing spicy-sweet sauce. It’s topped with melty cheese and a house-made kimchi slaw to cut through the grease.

If the prospect of eating something that fiery makes you queasy, Psy’s Famous Chicken Burger ($8.99) may be more up your alley. You get a thick chicken thigh piece twice-fried to juicy perfection, complete with a bulgogi glaze, melted cheese, and the same kimchi slaw.

phat fingers tenders

With its sticky-sweet sauce reminiscent of the addictive honey butter almond snack, the Honey Butter Chicken Tenders ($9.99) is a must-have. When we tried the dish at the Telok Ayer outlet, we felt that it had the ideal proportion of sauce, meat, and batter.

The Chicken Cutlet Rice Bowl ($8.99) is a great pick if you’re looking for something hearty to eat. You get a substantial amount of short-grain rice served with house-made kimchi, assorted veggies, and a juicy fried chicken cutlet.
