Calling all dessert lovers—the world-famous pastry chef Pierre Herme is opening a two-storey pastry boutique at Resorts World Sentosa in mid-2025! Titled Maison Pierre Herme Paris, the shop will be located in the resort’s soon-to-open lifestyle enclave, Weave.

For the uninitiated, chef Pierre Herme is widely considered one of the best in his field. For one, he was crowned World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Vogue also called him the “Picasso of Pastry”, which certainly speaks of his high level of artistry.

While we can’t confirm the offerings at this Singapore outpost just yet, we reckon Herme’s exquisite macarons will be available here. Some popular flavours include Ispahan, which features a delicate mix of rose, lychee, and raspberry, and the Mogador, where rich chocolat au lait meets tangy passionfruit.

If the Ispahan sounds enticing, look out for its grander version pictured above—featuring plump fresh raspberries and lychee nestled between two generous rose-infused cookies, creating a treat that’s as stunning as it is delicious.

Also keep your eyes peeled for the Nomades, which are these oblong shortbread pastries that are gorgeously crafted with Herme’s signature flavours. We’ll update this article when more information on Maison Pierre Herme Paris comes out, so stay tuned!
