Sando: Popular Japanese Sandwich Cafe Opens New Outlet In Lorong Chuan

Cafe enthusiasts living in the North-East are in for a treat: SANDO has just opened a second outlet near Lorong Chuan MRT Station! Similar to the fare offered at their first space in Labrador Park, you can expect an array of Japanese sandwiches, rice bowls, sides, and craft beers at their newest outlet.

Be spoiled for choice with over 12 types of sandwiches here, made using thick, toasted bread and a generous variety of fillings. All sandwiches are priced under $16++, making them relatively affordable compared to other sando cafes in Singapore.

Sink your teeth into well-loved classics such as the Tamago Sando ($12.80++), Spam & Hash ($13++), and Chicken Karaage ($14++). Else, there are also more unique options such as the Hoki Fish ($15.80++), packed with a fried Hoki fish fillet, mint salad, shredded cabbage, cheddar cheese, tartar sauce, and ponzu dressing.

Aside from their loaded sandos, they offer a decent selection of Japanese rice bowls. Choose from Shabu Shabu  ($13++), Japanese Curry Dan Dan ($13), and Chicken Nanban ($12.80++), among other delectable options. 

If you’re coming with a friend, consider ordering one of their many sides to share as well. They have over 10 options, including the moreish Chilli Cheese Fries ($13.50++), crispy Crab Croquettes ($9.80++), well-seasoned Spicy Deep Fried Wings ($10.80++), and sweet Corn Fritters ($8.80++). Lastly, don’t forget to end your meal with their selection of craft beers or coffee drinks.
