Perhaps it comes as no surprise that Tsuki Ramen is run by an ex-Takagi chef, another brand that offers bang-for-your-buck ramen. But while Takagi is a franchise with multiple outlets, Tsuki Ramen is a sole hawker stall located in Bedok North—at the moment, at least.

The must-try dish here is the classic Tonkotsu Ramen ($6.90). With a rich, creamy pork bone-based broth, cha shu, ajitsuki eggs. and a good portion of ramen noodles, this satisfying flavourful dish will fill you up in no time. You can also order sides such as Ebi Tempura ($3.90), Pork Gyoza ($2.90), and Chicken Karaage ($3.90) to make your meal even heartier.

Those who want their ramen to have a spicy kick can opt for the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen ($7.90) instead. Same rich broth, but with piquant notes to make the dish even more exciting.
