There will be 30 dishes available from the menu. For starters, choose from dim sum classics such as char siew bao, steamed spicy shrimp dumplings, siew mai and more. You also get to pick from other dishes to round off the meal, including Minced Pork and Century Egg Porridge, Deep-Fried Chicken Chop, Flower Clam with Chilli Crab Sauce and more.

That aside, TungLok Teahouse has also revamped their A La Carte Dinner Buffet offerings. Prices are $36.80++ per adult from Monday to Thursday, and $39.80++ per adult on the weekends.

A minimum of two diners is similarly required, and each table gets 90 minutes of dining time. For the price, diners get to pick from 39 different dishes, ranging from dim sum to dessert, and Cantonese-style zi char too.

Premium items are included for this buffet as well, so you get to enjoy a Braised Whole Abalone with Beancurd, for example, or Fried Salmon with Chef’s Special Sauce. Servings for these, however, are limited to one per table. Check out the menu here.

For those who aren’t familiar, TungLok Teahouse is the casual offshoot of the TungLok Seafood restaurant line-up. Located at Square 2 in Novena, the eatery is styled like a Hong Kong cha chaan teng, and serves dim sum on fully automated trays. Think of the conveyor belt concept that you find in most Japanese sushi places, and you’ll see what we mean.
