For those who aren’t familiar, TungLok Teahouse is the causal offshoot of the TungLok Seafood restaurant line-up. Located at Square 2 in Novena, the eatery is styled like a Hong Kong cha chaan teng, and serves dim sum on fully automated trays. Think of the conveyor belt concept that you find in most Japanese sushi places, and you’ll see what we mean.
