Firstly, there’s the Stir-Fried Shin Spicy Ramyun Seafood Croquettes with Crispy Korean Chicken and Fries (from $17.90++), starring spicy Shin Ramyun seafood croquettes that are said to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Finally, check out the Stir-Fried Shin Spicy Ramyun Kimchi Pancakes with Crab Meat (from $16.90++), which is an interesting rendition of the classic Korean kimchi pancake. The base of the pancake is made with Shin Ramyun, and the whole treat is topped with kimchi and crab meat.
