Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea has bubble tea-shaped pancakes in Canberra Plaza

BBT fanatics, listen up: you can now not only drink your bubble tea, but also eat it. From today, Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea has launched mini egg pancakes that are shaped to look just like your favourite drink—a cup of bubble tea!
Only available at Yi Fang’s Canberra Plaza outlet—at least for now—these egg pancakes are crafted with fresh milk and eggs, and are made to order. The two types you can choose from are Signature Egg Pancake ($1.30 per piece) and Taro Flavour Egg Pancake ($1.50 per piece), with the latter containing a smooth and rich taro filling. Regardless of what you get, you can be sure that it’ll be crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and looking like a miniature cup of BBT.

There are many unique and fascinating drinks to choose from here, such as the Yi Fang Fruit Beer 0.00% Alcohol (from $6.50), which combines the malty taste of non-alcoholic beer with the refreshing flavour of fruit tea. If you’re not a fan of beer, however, we recommend you get the signature Yi Fang Fruit Tea (from $5.50) instead.
We also recommend trying the Soy Milk with Pineapple (from $5.50) drink, where signature pineapple jam is blended with healthy, non-dairy soy milk to create a refreshing drink that offers the delightful aroma of pineapple. This lactose-free beverage is best enjoyed with a sugar level of 0%-50%.
