J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin offers a staggering seafood selection as part of their award-winning Seafood Mania Buffet Menu. Priced at $98++ per adult, and $49++ per child, this buffet comes with over 30 different items, including a sprawling seafood counter that offers unlimited portions of fresh oysters, Boston lobsters, prawns, and mussels. Aside from fresh seafood, the fruits of the sea also make their way into other buffet offerings, including the signature Seafood in Mushroom Essence, a broth laced with mud crab, clams, prawns, lobsters, and dried scallop, as well as their Lobsters in Chilli Crab Sauce with Fried Mantou. To finish off your meal, grab yourself portions of their creamy Durian Pengat. There’s also free-flow hot and cold beverages as part of the buffet menu.
The buffet is only available on Friday and Saturday evenings, from 6pm to 9:30pm. They’re halal-certified as well!

2. Colony

Widely dubbed one of the best seafood buffets in Singapore is Colony’s Seafood Dinner. This Ritz Carlton buffet restaurant pulls out all the stops for this weekend affair, offering unlimited servings of not just seafood, but items from all their buffet kitchens, for $112++ per adult, and $56++ per child aged six to 12. Zone in on their ice bar for an atas selection of seafood, ranging from freshly shucked oysters to snow crab, langoustine, yabbies, and a variety of molluscs. You get to enjoy these alongside fresh sashimi, available at the same spot as well. Aside from raw seafood, Colony also has a line-up of cooked seafood treats from their grill and rotisserie section. These include Grilled Boston Lobster, served with clarified herb butter, Spanish Black Mussels And White Clams In White Wine Butter Sauce, and Grilled Octopus Leg, dressed with a Basquian pimento sauce. These are just the tip of the iceberg, as the buffet includes all-you-can-eat dim sum, local delights, Western dishes, and desserts.

Shangri-La Singapore’s The Line has a Seafood Extravaganza Buffet ($108++ per adult) every Thursday evening, with over 100 items available. This includes a medley of seafood on ice, including Boston lobster, and seafood dishes cooked in the style of a handful of different cuisines. Tuck into unlimited servings of soft shell crab maki, seafood doria, crab meat fried rice, Bengali fish curry, lobster burgers and plenty others. The dessert selection is also one of the most impressive around, with beloved sweet treats from different parts of the world, from local desserts to an orange namelaka, tiramisu to fruit trifle.Â

4. Lime Restaurant & Bar

Though Lime Restaurant & Bar does not have a dedicated seafood buffet, their Weekend Buffet Dinner offers an ample assortment of seafood, alongside a variety of other dishes. If you love Japanese Hyogo oysters, snow crab, and scallops, then definitely book a table here. Apart from the aforementioned, Lime Restaurant has one of the broadest selections of local Asian dishes available as part of their buffet, including free-flow Braised Crab Meat Soup and Wok Fried Mud Crab with Black Pepper Sauce, as well as Cantonese-style roasted meats. The buffet costs $108++ per adult, and $54++ per child.

5. CrossroadsÂ
DIY your very own surf and turf feast at Crossroads’ Dinner Buffet. Their 2023 menu includes a sprawling range of seafood on ice, which features both poached lobster and lobster claw, as well as unlimited servings of chilled snow crab. To that, you also get grilled beef and other beef dishes starring meat sourced from the renowned John Stone Irish Beef farm. Pair your poached lobster and crayfish with cuts of Whiskey Aged Cote de Boeuf, Kansas Barbeque Beef Mid Ribs and plenty more. Aside from the aforementioned, the buffet also includes free-flow Hong Kong roast meats, an equally extensive range of Asian dishes, and even Irish beef galbi and satay grilled a la minute. 6. Edge

Here’s another seafood and meat feast for the books: Edge’s Seafood & Grill Night. Priced at $98++ per adult and $49++ per child, this buffet is available every Thursday night. It has all of Edge’s usual buffet spread—extensive as it is—with the addition of some exclusive seafood and grilled meats. Gorge on oysters, Boston lobsters, and half-shell scallops, before moving on to all-you-can-eat chilli crab. Save space for their Japanese yakitori offerings, which include pork belly skewers, then feast on with their free-flow Seafood Paella and Cheesy Baked Scallops. Don’t skip the carving station, where you get to load up on Slow Roasted O’Connor Beef Striploin, and DIY your own roast dinner with a medley of sides, including Truffle Mashed Potatoes.

7. Oscar’s

If you love your seafood buffet spread both raw and cooked, swing by Oscar’s for their dinner buffet. Prices vary depending on the day of the week, but we recommend their Wednesday to Sunday dinner as the menu is broader. Priced at $95++ per adult and $47.50++ per child, the buffet is well worth the splurge. For one, the seafood on ice selection includes two different types of oysters, as well as slipper lobsters. Once you’ve loaded up on those, move on to mains from their cooked selections. For something decidedly local, try the Stir-Fried Sea Prawns with Kam Heong Sauce. On the Western end, dig into a Spicy Seafood Stew that’s perfumed with lemongrass and basil. There’s also a charcoal barbecue station, where you get unlimited servings of smoky Nyonya Spicy Fish Otah.

8. Carousel

Calling all lobster and crab fans, Carousel has a limited-time buffet offering for you. Their Lobster & Crab promotion is available from now till 26 July, priced at $108++ per adult and $48++ per child. Aside from their classic buffet spread, Carousel offers 17 dishes where crab or lobster play the starring role. You get free-flow snow crab leg, mud crab, and two types of lobsters on ice, alongside a special edition dish: succulent Hot Steamed Snow Queen Crab Legs in Bamboo Basket. Next, dig into a range of seafood dishes, including Lobster Risotto with Truffle, and Crab Meat Mentai Pasta. One of the more affordable seafood buffet options on the list is by Ginger. For $78++ for adults and $39++ for kids, you get a buffet with free-flow Boston lobsters, tiger prawns and more from Friday to Sunday, at dinnertime. Apart from seafood, Ginger’s buffet also has a wide selection of Japanese bites, including free-flow unagi and chirashi don bowls. They’re also known for their fusion dishes, so grab your fill of their Boston Lobster with Sambal Mayo and their Salted Egg Yolk Crab. We love how the buffet includes unlimited portions of all your favourite hawker dishes, from fish noodle soup to prawn mee, and even Jumbo Prawn Laksa.
