If you go ga-ga over French bakes like madaleines, macarons, and canelés, you might want to bookmark this. Popular dark chocolate dessert store The Dark Gallery has launched Amuse Dessert Co, an online dessert store that will be moving into its shop space in Duxton this month.

Browse the e-store and you’ll find an array of sweet treats to choose from, including indulgent ice cream sandwiches, pastry boxes, and macaron sets.
The Pastry Tasting Box ($38), which comes with eight different pastries, makes a great gift for someone special. We’re particularly eyeing the Canelés, available in the original flavour, and in a special flavour of earl grey-infused chocolate ganache and salted caramel topped with almond brittle. Limited pastry sets are available daily, so you should snap them up as soon as you can!

Get your phone ready for the perfect IG-worthy shot with the Ice Cream Shortbread Tasting Set ($36). You get four ice cream sandwiches, namely Darkest Chocolate Nibb, which incorporates 88% dark chocolate, Roasted Pistachio, Banoffee Pecan Pie, and Chocolate Cookies & Dough. Each treat is packed individually for fuss-free enjoyment, and is also available for purchase at $9 each.

Don’t forget to try their ice cream, made with premium ingredients such as 100% Sicilian pistachio paste, Allpress coffee shots, and 80% Valrhona dark chocolate. They’re available as a set of three pints for $51, in mouthwatering flavours including Allpress Mocha, Butterscotch Almond Chip, and the unique truffle pâté-infused Truffle Basque Cheesecake.
