Ashes Burnnit opens at Woodlands and Serangoon

Ashes Burnnit - Ashes Smash Double Cheese Burger

Ashes Burnnit first started out as a humble stall in Golden Mile Food Centre, serving up gourmet burgers at wallet-friendly prices. Today, the Muslim-owned brand has a whopping total of six locations islandwide—including two new outlets at Woodlands and Serangoon.

The burger chain announced their fifth outlet at Woodlands North Plaza Broadway Coffeeshop on their Instagram page. Launched on 1 September 2022, this was the brand’s first North-side location.

On 17 September 2022, Ashes Burnnit also announced the opening of their latest North-East branch in 261 Serangoon Central, a five-minute walk from Serangoon MRT Station.

Ashes Burnnit - Double beef patty

If you’re unsure what to order, a signature is the Ashes Smashes Cheeseburger, available in a single ($6.50) patty or double ($9.50). It features two black charcoal buns with a handcrafted beef patty, American cheese, fried shallots, and a secret sauce.

Ashes Burnnit - Fries

Each burger comes with a side of fries, but you can also top up $2 for a salad instead, if you want something lighter.

There’s also a Truffle Mushroom Burger (from $8), which comes with pan-fried mushrooms, charred onions, and a creamy truffle sauce.

Ashes Burnnit - Classic Mac and Cheese

For sides, the Classic Mac & Cheese ($5.50) wouldn’t disappoint. Featuring three kinds of cheese—smoked cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan—this creamy and savoury number is worth the calories. The carby dish also comes in two other flavours: Mushroom ($6.50) and Grilled Chicken ($7.50).

In other exciting news, Ashes Burnnit will be landing the shores of New York very soon! On 21 September 2022, the burger chain and other popular local hawker names are set to launch at Urban Hawker: a new Singapore-style hawker centre in New York City.
