J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin offers a staggering seafood selection as part of their award-winning Seafood Mania Buffet Menu. Priced at $98++ per adult, and $49++ per child, this buffet comes with over 30 different items, including a sprawling seafood counter that offers unlimited portions of fresh oysters, Boston lobsters, prawns, and mussels. Aside from fresh seafood, the fruits of the sea also make their way into other buffet offerings, including the signature Seafood in Mushroom Essence, a broth laced with mud crab, clams, prawns, lobsters, and dried scallop, as well as their Lobsters in Chilli Crab Sauce with Fried Mantou. To finish off your meal, grab yourself portions of their creamy Durian Pengat. There’s also free-flow hot and cold beverages as part of the buffet menu.

The buffet is only available on Friday and Saturday evenings, from 6pm to 9:30pm. They’re halal-certified as well!

This Ritz Carlton buffet restaurant pulls out all the stops for this weekend affair, offering unlimited servings of not just seafood, but items from all their buffet kitchens, for $118++ per adult, and $59++ per child aged six to 12. Prices vary depending on the day of the week, but we recommend their Wednesday to Sunday dinner as the menu is broader. Priced at $88++ per person, the buffet is well worth the splurge. For one, the seafood on ice selection includes two different types of oysters, as well as slipper lobsters. Once you’ve loaded up on those, move on to mains from their cooked selections. For something decidedly local, try the Stir-Fried Sea Prawns with Kam Heong Sauce. On the Western end, dig into a Spicy Seafood Stew that’s perfumed with lemongrass and basil. You won’t find seafood on ice here, but instead, a variety of cooked seafood dishes as part of their Weekend Buffet menu. Most of these are spicy, but manageably so.
