Chez Suzette is actually named after its co-owner Suzette, who previously worked at three-Michelin starred fine dining restaurant Joël Robuchon with her partner, Jonathan. This classy, bright eatery has two floors and an outdoor area, where you are invited to relax and enjoy the good food and homely atmosphere.Â

Choose from a wide range of food available, with a brunch menu from 9am to 5pm featuring items such as Croque Monsieur ($22++), a gooey, savoury grilled ham and cheese sandwich with sourdough toast, Comte cheese and bechamel sauce.Â

If you’re feeling fancy, go for their starters such as the Escargots Bourguignon ($18++), the famous French delicacy of baked snails slathered with garlic herb butter.

For mains, go for their Homemade Duck Confit ($29++), a crispy duck leg that has been slow-cooked in duck fat till tender perfection, and served on top of house-made ratatouille.Â

Chez Suzette’s dessert menu consists of crepes, pancakes, and ice cream. It’s only fitting to try Chez Suzette’s Crepes Suzette ($17++), a French classic that is drenched in a tangy housemade sauce made from oranges.Â

Chez Suzette’s second floor is dedicated to Cave a Vin, which has floor-to-ceiling displays showcasing the eatery’s impressive collection of over 200 wines. If you are in the mood for a glass, you can choose from a diverse array from the different regions of France, to select wines from other wine-producing countries around the world.Â
