Located at the bustling Hong Lim Complex, just a short walk from Chinatown MRT Station, the new bakery specialises in all things bread: think shio pan, sandwiches, and sourdough loaves.

Prices are kept affordable too, starting at just $2.40 for a plain Shio Pan. The salt bread is baked with a crisp, buttery bottom and golden-brown crust, giving way to soft and pillowy layers of bread.

If you love sourdough, consider buying a loaf of the Shermaine Sourdough ($10) for DIY toasties at home!
