Dona Manis Cake Shop fans, you’ll want in on this. The famous heritage bakery, known for its banana pies, will open a pop-up at Jewel Changi Airport from 13 October 2025 to 28 February 2026!
The brand previously held successful pop-ups such as the Dona Manis x Creamier collaboration and the Takashimaya pop-up, both of which introduced its signature pies to shoppers in town. Dona Manis is a stalwart in the Katong scene, having been around since 1990.
The pop-up will also include a collaboration with Sembawang Confectionery, an old-school bakery founded in the 1960s. Known for nostalgic favourites such as cream horns and traffic light cakes, Sembawang Confectionery will join Dona Manis to present a lineup of traditional bakes.
You’ll also find Dona Manis’ Signature Banana Pie, made with Pisang Berangan (Ang Bak Jio) bananas, freshly grated coconut, and premium butter for a golden, flaky crust. Each pie is topped with toasted almonds for crunch, and stays true to a recipe perfected over 35 years.
Besides pies, you’ll also find the popular Chocolate Tarts, Lemon Curd Tartlets, Rum Balls, and Mini Coconut Tarts here. Prices are TBD, so stay tuned for our update!
Besides its signature banana pies, the pop-up will feature the bakery’s classic offerings—think Chocolate Tarts, Rum Balls, and Mini Coconut Tarts—and the newly launched banana pudding. Quantities for the pies are limited daily, and customers are encouraged to pre-order via Dona Manis’ website to avoid disappointment.
The full list of available products and prices are TBD, so stay tuned for our updates.
