Hello Kitty high tea at Fairmont Singapore
Sanrio fans, if you missed the last Hello Kitty shabu shabu pop-up in Singapore, don’t fret. There’s an all-new Hello Kitty high tea experience in Fairmont Singapore that is right up your alley. The limited-time-only afternoon tea experience will run from 2 March to 30 April 2022.
Held at the hotel’s bar, Anti:dote, the Hello Kitty Morning and Afternoon Indulgence starts at $72++ per person. For the price, you get a tiered afternoon tea set of 14 themed sweet and savoury bites.

Get cake pops and macarons topped with Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel motifs, and savoury puffs, as well as sandwiches accented with pink and blue.

Highlights include a kurobuta pork twist on a char siew bao, coated in a barbeque glaze laced with stout, nestled in a rosemary bun. There’s also a floral grapefruit rose and waffle tea cake if you enjoy the combination of citrus and sweet.
To finish the high tea set, diners each get a Madagascan vanilla scone served with a trio of spreads: lemon butter curd, Devonshire clotted cream, and strawberry marmalade.
If the standard experience leaves you wanting more, you can upgrade the Hello Kitty high tea set with your choice of amuse-bouche. You can include one or both of these elevated appetisers into your order, priced at $80++ and $88++ per person, respectively.
You can choose from the Hokkaido Scallop topped with Kristal caviar, or Sous Vide Japanese Egg with Truffle and Butter Sauce.

Rounding off the themed offerings are mocktails priced at $18++ each. There is the Hello Kitty, which pairs Pink Flamingo tea with milk, strawberry, rose citric acid, and an aquafaba foam, or the Dear Daniel, a zingy mixture of apple, cucumber, and butterfly pea. Both drinks come with designs of the Sanrio characters imprinted on the foam.

Enjoy the Hello Kitty high tea from 9am to 11am every Friday to Sunday, between 2 March to 30 April 2022. Otherwise, if mornings aren’t your jam, then the tea set is also available daily from 12pm to 2pm or 3pm to 5pm.
