Market Blue has a new kimbap stall called FUTORU
Market Blue has made a name for their own after their successful launch in early 2023. It’s been less than a year since they embarked on their journey, but they have already run a Korean market festival, as well as a pop-up with famous Korean bakeries. This time around, they are launching a new kimbap stall named FUTORU!

Kimbap is the main specialty here, and there’s a good variety of flavours for you to choose from. There are also keto-friendly versions, which are essentially a low-carb option for those looking for a healthier alternative. Do note that there’s no rice in keto kimbap!

Starting off with the regular kimbap, choose from flavours such as Bulgogi Gimbop ($12.90), Salmon Gimbop ($18.90), and Hotdog Gimbop ($14.90). Their Salmon Gimbop is said to be the best-seller on the menu, whereas their Bulgogi Gimbop is the latest addition that comprises a house-made special sauce that’s sweet and savoury.Â

For something lighter, we recommend their Jidan Gimbop ($9.90) and Tuna Gimbop ($12.90). The former features shredded eggs and marinated fishcakes, while the latter is packed with tuna and wasabi mayonnaise. We imagine these pre-packed kimbap to be a good meal to buy on the go when you’re tight on time.

If you’re looking for a low-carb alternative, you should give their Tender Green Chicken Keto ($16.90) and Salad Green Chicken Keto ($14.90) a try. Their Tender Green Chicken Keto consists of vegetables, chicken tender, and chilli mayonnaise, whereas their Salad Green Chicken comprises vegetables, chicken breast, and truffle sauce.Â

For a more substantial meal, you can get their Cheese Tteokbokki ($9.90) and Original K-chicken ($16.90) to pair with your kimbap. Alternatively, try their Cheese Tonkatsu ($14.90), a pork cutlet stuffed with mozzarella cheese, and served with a side of salad and rice.Â
