If you’ve not had the chance to try their Thai-style banana fritters, this Orchard Road location makes them way more accessible than the previous stalls—exit from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station into Basement Two of the popular mall to find them in the food hall there.

A single serving of their famed Fried Banana is priced at $4, and comes with six pieces of the signature thin-sliced crispies. These are prepared fresh each day with Nam Wa bananas from Thailand, battered in what’s said to be an authentic Thai batter, infused with pandan, and accented with crushed nuts plus sesame seeds.
The first 100 customers in line at Talad Thai’s latest Plaza Singapura outlet will get to enjoy these fritters at $2 a portion instead! Each customer is only limited to one serving, but you’re free to order any of their other menu items at the usual price.
