Bak kut teh delivery for a warm stay-home meal

When it comes to bak kut teh (BKT), it doesn’t matter if you’re #TeamTeochew for the clear peppery broth, or a #TeamMalaysian fan of the herbal soup. This local dish is a staple in Singapore’s food scene, and it should stay that way even during this trying time. We’ve made a list of bak kut teh delivery services from well-known BKT restaurants and hawker stalls, for you to warm yourself up on rainy evenings.

1. Founder Bak Kut Teh

Run by its second-generation owner, Founder Bak Kut Teh has over 40 years of history. A bowl of the Premium Ribs ($11.80+) comes with two long prime ribs steeping in their signature peppery broth. For a less commonly found BKT variant, try their Mixed Organ Soup ($8.80+) which comes with a mix of pig’s liver, stomach, and other intestines.

From 10am to 9pm every day, the eatery offers free islandwide delivery for orders above $30. Put in your orders a day in advance to secure delivery slots.

2. Legendary Bak Kut Teh

For its delicious BKT soup, Legendary Bak Kut Teh uses a traditional home recipe that’s been passed down through generations. The standalone eatery has a smaller, but much more focused menu, using only fresh Indonesian pork in its dishes. The Combo Set ($9.50+) comes with a mix of BKT ribs and tender pork meat.

From 9am to 11pm every day, the eatery offers free islandwide delivery for orders above $60. Put in your orders at least two to three hours in advance to secure a same-day delivery slot.

Order via their online portal for islandwide delivery. Minimum orders, as well as delivery fees, are calculated based on your location. For free delivery to destinations in the West, simply call in or email with a minimum order of $15.

For something filling, try the Mee Sua Soup w/ Pork Ribs ($8) which combines the two comforting dishes.
