Located strategically at the intersection of three MRT lines, Plaza Singapura is a default option for when my friends and I can’t decide where to meet and eat. Noodle lovers, don’t fret; there is also an option of Udon With Soft Shell Crab ($14.90++) that combines thick chewy noodles with savoury seafood. For the full Japanese experience, order a side of Tempura Maki ($5.90++), which features their signature tempura over sushi rice rolls.
