Gardens by the Bay food guide

Dining at Gardens by the Bay, also known as GBTB, is now more exciting than ever, with the opening of the Jurassic Nest at the Supertree Grove. This air-conditioned, dinosaur-themed food court is host to four Michelin-recommended brands—you’re literally spoiled for choice when it comes to dining options around Bayfront MRT Station. Of course, this isn’t the only spot for noms in the sprawling GBTB, so here’s our Gardens by the Bay food guide!

1. Tsuta

Michelin-starred Tsuta was the first-ever ramen restaurant to win the prestigious mark of recognition, and you can find them right here in the brand new Jurassic Food Nest food hall at Gardens by the Bay.

The Original Truffle Shoyu Soba, priced at $16.80, is their signature. Otherwise, there’s Premium Char Siu Truffle Shio Soba ($20.80), Crab Soba ($22.80), and Mala Tonkotsu ($15.80)!

Hawker Chan holds the honour of being the world’s first Michelin-starred hawker, although they’ve since lost their star. They’re most well-known for their Cantonese-style soya sauce braised chicken, with its dark, shiny layer of skin.

The most basic options are Soya Sauce Chicken Rice ($8.80) and Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle ($9.80)—this latter comes with your choice of thin mee kia, though this is springier than the local version, or kway teow.
