Gardens by the Bay food guide

Dining at Gardens by the Bay, also known as GBTB, is now more exciting than ever, with the opening of the Jurassic Nest at the Supertree Grove. This air-conditioned, dinosaur-themed food court is host to four Michelin-recommended brandsโ€”you’re literally spoiled for choice when it comes to dining options around Bayfront MRT Station. Of course, this isn’t the only spot for noms in the sprawling GBTB, so here’s our Gardens by the Bay food guide!

1. Tsuta

Michelin-starred Tsuta was the first-ever ramen restaurant to win the prestigious mark of recognition, and you can find them right here in the brand new Jurassic Food Nest food hall at Gardens by the Bay.

The most basic options are Soya Sauce Chicken Riceย ($8.80) and Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle ($9.80)โ€”this latter comes with your choice of thin mee kia, though this is springier than the local version, or kway teow.
